Job Title: Transfer Pricing Specialist

Job Summary:

Aramco is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Global Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations and supporting the organization's global tax accounting and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review detailed documentation to support the company's transfer pricing policies and methodologies.
  • Conduct economic and financial analyses to determine the appropriate transfer pricing methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing guidelines and regulations.
  • Identify and assess potential transfer pricing risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for Aramco's global tax position.
  • Provide support during tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in complex, multinational tax matters, and deep knowledge of transfer pricing.
  • Strong understanding of global transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with external advisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with major global energy companies and demonstrated ability to drive global consistency.
  • Fluency in Arabic language.
