**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Static Area Support Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Static Area Support Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services at multiple sites in Belfast, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Liaise with clients to fulfill security requirements on site, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Complete various security documentation, including incident reports and site logs.
  • Liaise with managers effectively and efficiently, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Protect the image of high-profile clients and Kingdom Services Group Ltd, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • Supervise and control site access, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Conduct regular site patrols, monitoring the site for any potential security threats or incidents.
  • Where appropriate and trained, act as an incident first responder, providing emergency assistance and support.

**Requirements**

  • A valid SIA license, ensuring you have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the role.
  • Own transport, allowing you to travel between sites and respond to emergencies.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history, demonstrating your reliability and commitment to your work.
  • Excellent customer service skills, providing a high level of service to our clients and their visitors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • An ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible approach, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • IT skills, utilizing technology to enhance your work and provide efficient services.
