We are seeking an experienced Direct Mail Operator to join our team at ThreeFiveFour, a busy print and direct mail business in Basildon.

The Role:

A great opportunity for skilled Direct Mail Operators to work with a variety of equipment, including enclosing machines, in-line gluers, and poly baggers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To acquire a thorough understanding of the range of equipment and services provided in the Machine Mailing Department.
• To ensure all mailing packs are enclosed correctly as per the job bag instructions.
• To maintain high standards of quality and integrity in all aspects of the job.
• To ensure that all procedures are followed for ISO quality checking and the appropriate paperwork is completed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating enclosing machines and/or in-line gluers.
• Knowledge of Bell & Howell enclosers or in-line gluers is highly advantageous.
• Successful 2 years' proven record of accomplishment gained within a Machine Mailing Production department or environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to maintain good disciplines, standards, initiative, and drive.
• Able to ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate.
