Job Summary:

Priory Group is seeking a skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities for adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental health.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and be able to develop a rapport with local community churches, voluntary placements, and gyms. You will work alongside support staff to coordinate hairdressing and chiropody visits, and liaise with external companies to organize entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external companies to organize entertainment and activities for service users
  • Develop a popular program of events and activities based on resident feedback and preferences
  • Work alongside support staff to coordinate hairdressing and chiropody visits
  • Develop a rapport with local community churches, voluntary placements, and gyms

About You:

We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and passionate individual with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the care sector and be able to understand the needs of the people we support. A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
