Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health Wimbledon. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions and inductions to our members.

Your expertise and enthusiasm will inspire and motivate our members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our members have an excellent experience at our club.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident, outgoing, and approachable. You should have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and have excellent communication skills. A natural communicator, you will be great at listening, understanding, and explaining things to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and inductions to our members
  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Work closely with the team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Carry out gym duties and other tasks as required

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
