Nursing Home Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Nursing Home Operations Manager to join our team at Nurseplus. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing homes and ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining a safe and supportive work environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- An estimated salary of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience
