Fire Alarm Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team in the Portsmouth area. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems, as well as performing commissioning tasks. The ideal candidate will have or be working towards their F.I.A Modules and possess excellent client-facing skills, fault-finding, and commissioning abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control
* Experience working on Advanced, C-Tec, and Kentec panels, as well as similar expertise in Texecom, Paxton, and Videcon/Hikvision
* Providing callout response for clients as per a callout rota
* Providing a professional service and representing the company in a way that ensures customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* Suitably qualified and working towards F.I.A Modules
* Excellent client-facing skills, fault-finding, and commissioning abilities
* Fire Extinguisher experience/qualifications desirable
