About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Leading Lives. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best opportunities for vulnerable adults, providing support and care to enable them to lead the life they choose.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of customers to live independently and complete day-to-day activities. You will identify and assist with opportunities within the local community, provide intimate personal care according to individual needs, and maintain dignity and respect at all times.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes for our customers and is committed to delivering high-quality care and support. If you have a caring and supportive nature, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers to live independently and complete day-to-day activities
  • Identify and assist with opportunities within the local community
  • Provide intimate personal care according to individual needs
  • Maintain dignity and respect at all times
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with customers
  • Liaise effectively with families and carers
  • Administer medication in line with Company policy (where appropriate)

Induction and Training:

As part of your induction with Leading Lives, you will attend our comprehensive three-week induction program, which includes online and in-person training. You will also have a 'buddy' who will support you throughout the induction process.
