About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Household Support Staff member at Sodexo in Hereford County Hospital. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining patient rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas to the highest standard. This will include stripping and cleaning beds, collecting linen, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, polishing floors, and replenishing supplies.

You will also be expected to empty bins and waste containers, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients, staff, and visitors. A willingness to go above and beyond is essential for this role.
