**Accounts Management Accountant Role at Agility Resourcing**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Management Accountant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Controller and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- **Preparation and Review of Financial Reports**: Prepare, review, and analyze accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- **Balance Sheet Management**: Conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- **VAT Compliance**: Ensure accurate and timely VAT returns, maintaining a high level of compliance with tax regulations.
- **Audit Support**: Provide support during the year-end audit process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions to business operations.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously review and improve financial procedures and key controls, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- **System Implementation**: Support the implementation of new financial systems, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- **Ad Hoc Projects**: Participate in ad hoc projects and reporting, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- **Professional Qualifications**: Hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- **Excellent Excel Skills**: Demonstrate expertise in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and create informative reports.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior managers and other stakeholders.
- **Positive Attitude and Flexibility**: Display a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
