Residential Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Concierge to join our team at a busy residential development in West London. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• To provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all residents, visitors, and contractors.
• To respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries, whether by phone, intercom, or email.
• To manage parcels, packages, and keys for residents, ensuring timely delivery and secure storage.
• To programme door entry fobs, key cards, and update intercoms to ensure seamless access and communication.
• To forward resident complaints and breaches of lease to the Building Manager for prompt attention.
• To assist with arranging apartment access for contractors and perform end-of-shift audits to ensure accuracy.
• To perform regular fire alarm, lift alarm, and regulatory tests, reporting any issues and logging records for inspection purposes.
• To be familiar with site fire activation and evacuation procedures, ensuring the safety of residents and others.
• To maintain effective communication with colleagues, updating via handover to ensure seamless operations.
• To perform regular site inspections and patrols, reporting any issues found and taking a proactive approach to resolving health and safety risks.

Salary: £29,170 per annum or £13.36 per hour

Hours: 4 on 4 off (07:00-19:00)

Location: Hanger Lane, West London (Central Line)
