About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Advisor to join our team at Search. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers at our new homes sites, providing an exceptional customer experience.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Guiding clients through the sales process, answering questions and addressing their needs.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their desires and helping them find the perfect home.
  • Being ready to move to new sites as each development sells out, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm wherever you go.

About You:


We are looking for someone with previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. You should have outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also essential.
