We're seeking a Researcher to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of Social Value measurement. As a Researcher, you'll develop and deliver solutions for Social Value measurement, monetisation, and analysis. Your strong analytical skills and solid understanding of Social Value principles will create meaningful insights and practical solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and innovate the Global TOM System, including sectoral and geographical adaptations.
  • Design tailored solutions for international clients to measure and manage Social Value.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, and case studies.
  • Produce Social Value monetisation models and analysis.
  • Interpret data using qualitative and quantitative techniques to deliver actionable insights.
  • Deliver training on Social Value principles to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with research organisations and contribute to thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • A PhD or Master's degree with strong analytical skills, seeking to apply academic learnings in a corporate setting.
  • Proven understanding of Social Value principles and methodologies, such as SROI (Social Return on Investment).
  • Project management and data analysis experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for innovation, independent research, and client-facing collaboration.
