Hotel Restaurant & Bar Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure seamless operations in the restaurant and bar.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, increase revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the hotel manager and other senior staff to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.
  • Support the training and development of staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in luxury hotel environments, with a deep understanding of high standards and expectations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
