FM Conway is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Street Lighting Division. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and finalizing the delivery of high-profile street lighting schemes in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the pre-contracts team when putting together tenders, as well as advising on buildability, health and safety documentation, and preparation of the tender programme.

- Manage, coordinate, and review tender information and designs for the team.

- Prepare the contract programme and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has proven experience working in street lighting and highways infrastructure. You will have in-depth knowledge of street lighting project planning and programming and be able to effectively manage and lead a team. A strong background in electrical installations, NEC contracts, and HERS/NERS compliance is a must. You will hold a NRSWA for Supervisors certification, SMSTS, IOSH health and safety qualification, or equivalent, and emergency first aid qualification.
