Job Summary:
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Production Operator to work at a leading manufacturing facility in the UK. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity which could become permanent for the right candidates.
About the Role:
As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing team, responsible for operating machinery, production, and assembly lines. You will also be required to complete essential paperwork accurately and neatly, work to deadline, and meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and production lines to meet production targets
- Complete essential paperwork accurately and neatly
- Work in a cleanroom (sterile) environment
- Meet production deadlines and targets
Requirements:
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task with a proven history and skill set
- Own transport
- Flexible
- Excellent standard of written and spoken communication plus Maths and English skills
Shift Options:
- Rotating shift, working Monday- Friday rotating between the AM shift (6am till 2pm) and the PM shift (2pm till 10pm)
- Night Shift, working Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am
- Continental Day Shift, working 4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm
- Continental Night Shift, working 4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate between £13.80 and £17.25 per hour (Inclusive of Shift allowance)

Working Hours:
This is a full-time role 40 hours of work per week.
