">This role offers an opportunity to engage in outpatient therapy, offer diagnostic and therapeutic services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will deliver evidence-based interventions and trauma informed care, while providing ongoing psychotherapy tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of patients and their families.
">The ideal candidate will have Master's clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, with eligibility for licensure (obtain licensure within 1 year from the date of hire). Experience in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatments (trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, etc.) is highly desirable.
">You will also be required to attend weekly team meetings, individual supervision, group supervision, and any other meetings identified as pertinent to the role. Additionally, you will facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the primary care clinic with affiliated hospitals and within the community.
