At Royal Mail, we're reinventing ourselves for the future, and we're looking for a skilled Postperson with Driving to join our team. As a Postperson with Driving, you'll be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers across Leeds. This is a permanent contract with 25 hours per week, working 5 days a week, including Sunday's on a rotational basis.

About You

We're looking for someone who is upbeat, independent, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of community and a desire to make a difference in the place you call home. You'll need to be organized, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service. You'll also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

What We Offer

As a Postperson with Driving, you'll receive market-leading pay and benefits, including pay that's 10% above the market average, paid monthly with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr, overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata). You'll also receive full uniform, a company pension scheme, and lots of opportunity to develop a career, including our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.
