We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents
  • Manage the catering team to ensure high standards of nutrition, hygiene, and safety
  • Work collaboratively with residents to understand their dietary needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good planning, budget, and stock control abilities
  • Excellent people skills to maintain positive relationships with residents and staff
