We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team at Talent Finder. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following standard recipes
  • Keeping the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
  • Offering drink and menu recommendations, answering any questions customers may have
  • Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing laws
  • Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Working closely with kitchen staff to assist with food orders when needed
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £8.60-£11.74 per hour (plus tips), flexible hours, and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.
