Senior Analyst

The EMEA ECM Syndicate team is looking for a skilled analyst to join their team and contribute to the execution of equity capital markets deals with a focus on deal execution and interacting with markets and investors.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance technical skills, develop execution expertise, and be involved in high-profile transactions across regions and sectors while interfacing with the full suite of Private and Public side teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with senior ECM and Investment Banking officers and professionals to participate in client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team.
  2. Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans.
  3. Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
  4. Conduct economic/financial research.
  5. Evaluate company financial performance compared to industry and market trends.
  6. Build complex financial models for valuation purposes.

Requirements:

  1. Prior relevant experience.
  2. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
