We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry North West Midlands, based in Wolverhampton. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of mixed-tenure developments in the North West Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial lead on mixed-tenure developments
  • Experience in delivering major open market, affordable, and contracting housing schemes
  • Proven commercial and risk management skills
  • Ability to manage trainee and assistant surveyors
  • Strong analytical, oral, and presentation skills
