Business Intelligence Analyst

N-able Technologies Ltd. is a global software company that turns IT possibilities into capabilities. We're looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help drive business decisions with insightful analysis.

About the Role

This role focuses on providing data-driven insights to aid in business decisions. You'll work closely with our existing FP&A and Sales compensation teams, collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the FP&A and Sales compensation teams to drive business decisions
  • Create, improve, maintain, and analyze billings and product reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Validate monthly billing results with Salesforce and Billing Systems to ensure data integrity
  • Evaluate internal processes and reporting for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop procedures for cleaning data
  • Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  • Create and maintain documentation to support business decisions
  • Complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as required to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Operations or FP&A experience in a software organization
  • Excellent visualization creation experience (Tableau, Power BI) with strong attention to detail
  • Strong and proficient Microsoft Excel skills leveraging best practices for scalability
  • Ability to understand complex datasets, synthesize information, and effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing
  • Inclination towards solving problems and articulating findings to communicate insights and translate into actionable next steps
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results
  • Team player with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization and work independently
