HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC (Refrigeration/AC) Shift Engineer to join our team at a major player in the FM sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of the site’s plant, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of 5 multi-skilled engineers
  • Ensuring compliance with quality management systems and maintaining accurate logbooks
  • Responding to Building Management System alarms and emergency repairs
  • Issuing and ensuring appropriate controls within permit to work systems
  • Organizing and assisting in reactive repairs to the site’s M&E systems
Requirements:
  • Mechanical qualification or a qualified plumber to a minimum of Level 3
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
