We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Group Exercise Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver dynamic and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive class environment that promotes member engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive and supportive club culture that fosters member loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices to ensure our classes remain innovative and engaging.
- Hold a minimum of a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualified trainer certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt classes to accommodate diverse age groups and fitness levels.
- Good time management and organizational skills to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.
