Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose maintenance issues, identify solutions, and implement effective repairs.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by maintaining professionalism and quality in every repair.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the housing repair/maintenance sector.
  • A proven ability to work effectively with the public.
  • Competence in Glazing and UPVC windows and doors.
