Sales Floor Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Floor Ambassador to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Sales Floor Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by being knowledgeable about all products offered and working collaboratively with coworkers to provide outstanding sales service.
About You:
We want someone who is passionate about athletic sneakers and apparel, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident in engaging customers, have a strong desire to achieve great results, and be flexible with your availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and teaming up with coworkers to provide excellent sales service.
- Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals.
- Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs.
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £6.17 - £12.92 per hour (approximately £13,000 - £26,800 per year).
