We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Veterinary Frontline Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to clients on practice services and additional services available
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and efficiently
- Manage payments and future bookings with confidence
- Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day routines using our online booking system
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to keep up-to-date with practice services and additional services
- Calm and attentive nature
- Enthusiasm and drive for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to handle various situations with ease and compassion
