In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services. You will also act as the main point of contact for office communications, ensuring that all messages are responded to in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. They will also assist with budget management and reporting, working closely with the finance team or external accountant.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Administrative Lead will manage the company's social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts to engage our audience. They will also monitor analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
