About the Job: Victoria Wall Associates Limited is recruiting a skilled receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining a professional front desk presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, using video conferencing facilities where necessary
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space, adhering to high standards of tidiness and organization
  • Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and filing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office reception, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with willingness to learn new software and systems
