About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Campaign Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a key member of our programmatic team, you will be responsible for leading the ad operations and campaign management for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, troubleshooting, delivery, and optimization of campaigns sold by our direct sales team
  • Reporting into the Head of Programmatic and assisting in programmatic operations, driving revenue via the open marketplace
  • Responsible for smaller programmatic connections, being autonomous and working with external demand partners to push performance
  • Reporting and data duties to provide to management when required, and post-campaign to agencies and brands
  • Collaborate with the wider business teams, using data-driven decisions to advise on product and business performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or media buying
  • Proven experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, and optimization
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Smartadserver etc.)
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic platforms
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other coding languages for troubleshooting would be beneficial but not required
  • Strong analytics skills, with the ability to use reporting and data to problem-solve and optimize campaigns
  • Good Excel skills
