As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8 core infrastructure engineers in designing and implementing cloud-native systems aligned to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including AWS, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Coach and develop engineers to improve their skills and knowledge, and help them grow in their careers.
  • Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic guidance to the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leading and influencing teams and organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies, including AWS, and a deep understanding of cloud cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of observability and experience with observability vendors.
  • Experience working on an SRE, Platform, or DevOps team, with a strong background in scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
