Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Organiser to join our team at Hindley Green CP School. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and supervision of pupils during the lunch break, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for them to eat and play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with pupils during their lunch break, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist with the serving and distribution of lunches, encouraging good table manners and hygiene
• Organise and lead lunchtime activities and games to keep pupils entertained and active
• Provide first aid and administer minor treatments as required
• Maintain a positive and nurturing environment, promoting the school's values and ethos

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy and sometimes challenging environment
• Commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of children
• First aid qualification or willingness to obtain one
