About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plant management team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality function and systems in accordance with our annual Operations and Quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage direct reporting of Quality Engineers and Technician, including work priorities, annual personal development planning and training.
  • To contribute and drive forward the Bradford site and also contribute to the EMEIA regional Quality vision at local level, cascading objectives, goals, strategies, measures (OGSM) into the site and individual reports through PPM.
  • To clearly understand internal / external customer quality requirements, including inspection and test certification, and develop suitable value driven metrics to verify performance improvements.
Requirements
  • Past experience in a senior quality engineer position or similar.
  • Managing teams to improve quality in similar working environments.
  • Practical knowledge of implementing and improving quality management systems.
  • Root Cause analysis and solution investigations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
