About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Catering Assistant to join our team in Cwmbran, Torfaen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food, travelling to different sites to assist with catering duties, and supporting the manager with stock takes and ordering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food following recipe cards
  • Travel to different sites to assist with catering duties
  • Support the manager with stock takes and ordering
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Ensure food is stored correctly according to food safety policies and guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Assist with the compilation of shift opening and closing checklists
Requirements
  • DBS checks required
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable
  • E-learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food Safety Level 2/3 certificate
