Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client's team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the vehicle audit and inspection team, ensuring that all vehicles meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the vehicle audit and inspection team to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality standards and processes to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and implement them in the team's work
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and auditing in the automotive industry
