**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK LTD. Located in the heart of the City of London, this exciting opportunity will see you work on a brand new building at 20-22 Ropemaker Street.

The role involves working Monday to Friday with two available shift patterns:

  • Shift A: 7:00am - 16:00pm
  • Shift B: 10:00am - 19:00pm

**Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • To work in a safe manner at all times.
  • To carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks according to the company's PPM schedules.
  • Undertake quality-assured PPM activities.
  • Be fully engaged in your training program.
  • Proactively assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate information for extra works identified.
  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.
  • Manage Integral sub-contractors while working on-site.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation, including awareness of personal roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate actively in health and safety processes, including accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments, and auditing.
  • Carry out other reasonable instructions from the Lead Engineer or Line Managers.
  • Cooperate with the company to fulfill its moral and legal duties and obligations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised apprenticeship or C&G Level 3 qualification in a mechanical discipline.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Prior single-site experience is preferred.

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
