Production Coordinator

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Production Coordinator at Advertising Producers Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to production teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination across all departments.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of commercial production, from pitching through to post-production. If you have a strong interest in commercial production and filmmaking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Supporting freelance Producers and Production Managers with pre-production tasks such as scheduling and location scouting.
- Researching and booking travel for jobs that require it.
- Preparing and organizing production materials and equipment.
- Liaising with vendors, crew, agents, and talent in the run up to the shoot.
- Assisting with crucial pre-production documents including call sheets, location permits, talent releases, and health & safety declarations.
- Assisting with setting up and striking sets where required.
- Booking and distributing catering for shoots.
- Providing general on-set support to the director and production team throughout a shoot day.
- Running errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or arranging transport.
- Ensuring the smooth running of post-production processes such as the edit and grade, including handling hard drives and arranging meetings between calendars.
- Managing post-production workflows for director's cuts (DCs), including after freelance Producers have left projects.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the London office, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Organizing and maintaining office filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve on the fly.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different tasks as needed.
Prior experience in a similar role or environment (including agency-side) is desirable but not essential.
