IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our Professional Services team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

• Lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy
• Manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors

• Proven experience as an IT Director or Senior IT Manager in a Professional Services environment
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Stack technologies, including Azure
