About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Postperson with Driving Experience to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across our designated routes.



Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a vehicle safely and follow traffic laws
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and manage customer feedback


Requirements



  • A valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
