Company Overview
Our client, a leading Optical and Hearing Domiciliary Company, is seeking to recruit full or part time Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists for roles in Cumbria and surrounding areas.
Job Details
This is a Monday to Friday role (or part time will be a minimum of 3 days a week), with no weekends required. The company will be flexible on the days.
The successful candidate will visit patients in their own homes; test patients with hearing difficulties, establish whether they can be aided by amplified sound, deliver, fit and adjust aids, and carry out aftercare home visits.
Salary and Benefits
The salary package includes an excellent basic salary (£40,000) plus a leading commission structure, a fully expensed company car, fuel card, company pension, private medical insurance, and life insurance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a sympathetic approach and empathy as some patients will be elderly and frail, and some may suffer from dementia. You must also be a confident driver and enjoy being out on the road.
