Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at MSP Direct Sourcing. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement plans in collaboration with sales teams to meet business objectives.
  • Manage supplier capabilities to deliver materials and services in line with commercial, quality, and supply aspects.
  • Negotiate and implement supplier contracts for projects and support the execution team in resolving supplier-related issues.
  • Develop and implement external supplier and commodity strategies to drive long-term improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Operate within the supply chain management team to ensure supplier commercial issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Share and implement best practices with other SCM and procurement functions globally and regionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project procurement, preferably in the building, construction, or oil and gas industry.
  • Previous experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential.
  • Must hold a clean driver's license.
