Job Overview

As a Food Service Assistant with Sodexo, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to corporate colleagues, clients, and customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist in daily food preparation tasks, serving up our mouth-watering menus and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including the dining area and kitchen facilities, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Support the cook position during absences and annual leave, with enhanced rates of pay.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work effectively and a willingness to assist in various tasks needed.
