Delivery Excellence with Royal Mail

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver for Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work across Monday to Sunday. You will be required to work Sundays on a rota basis due to operational demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work in all weather conditions and maintain a high level of physical fitness
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and full uniform provided. We have a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates and excellent family friendly support, including enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave.
