We are seeking a skilled Freight Transport Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service and adherence to delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
  • Load and unload goods, handling items with care to prevent damage and ensure accurate delivery.
  • Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, adhering to company policies and road safety regulations.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Freight Transport Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and physical well-being.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
