We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Merchandise Planner to join our retail operations team in Farringdon, London. This permanent full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus, as well as 25 days holiday, discounts on brand products, and flexible working hours.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for inventory planning and management, open-to-buy (OTB) management, assortment planning, leadership, and analysis. You will work closely with merchandising teams to develop and refine product assortments, ensuring they meet consumer demand and market trends. Your expertise will help optimize profitability across categories, monitor performance, and make recommendations on new product introductions, re-orders, or discontinuations.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field, and at least 7 years of experience in merchandise planning, are also essential.
