About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at Samsung. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the product expert for Samsung products and will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy amongst retail partner colleagues.
  • Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung products.
  • Proactively build relationships at all levels in store to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy.
  • Develop a career in sales while keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
