About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our growing team in Manchester.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design, particularly in highways and drainage infrastructure design.
  • You will act as lead engineer on certain projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • A competitive salary of C£50k - C£70k per annum, depending on level of experience, plus additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design teams on various infrastructure projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements:

  • Chartered or close to chartership (extensive support given).
  • Experience with software such as Civil3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, etc.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
