About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced EPA Network Infrastructure Assessor to join our team. As an EPA, you will be responsible for assessing the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures, ensuring overall standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cable installation and assessment, with a minimum of 5 years' experience within the Network Infrastructure sector. You will also have experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions and complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves working closely with other assessors and stakeholders, so you must be a team player and able to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the performance of candidates in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures
  • Develop and maintain high-quality assessment materials and tools
  • Provide feedback and support to candidates, assessors, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pearson's end-point assessment activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the Network Infrastructure sector
  • Experience of leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions
  • Experience of complying with quality assurance/regulatory requirements
