Small Claims Track Caseload Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Claims Track Caseload Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling litigated small claims track files, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling RTA files, strong knowledge of the Highway Code and fundamental principles of the Road Traffic Act, as well as familiarity with Court Practice Rules.
The salary for this role is up to £26,000, based on experience, with additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, a generous bonus scheme, and flexible hybrid working options.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently handle both quantum and liability small claims cases
- Employ effective telephone negotiation techniques to secure appropriate settlements
- Experience in handling RTA files
- Strong knowledge of the Highway Code and fundamental principles of the Road Traffic Act
- Familiarity with Court Practice Rules
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise, and manage a diverse caseload
